2. I Reply & Confirm
After my conflict check, I will reply to confirm project and turnaround date. I may also request pleadings, discovery requests, or other information needed for my work on the project.
3. BOOM It's Done!
You receive an editable version, and in most instances a PDF version as well, via email, online link or other means as agreed-upon and/or as appropriate, in accordance with the turnaround time agreed. I'll send you my billing timesheet shortly following project completion. See Rates page for more about my billing.
Remember to Bill Your Client
Just as you would with an in-office paralegal, you bill out my time to your client at your paralegal rate. Simply copy/paste directly from my billing timesheet to your billing software. My billing timesheet will provide a description of the work performed, the date, and the time spent - everything needed for your office's billing to the client.
Attorneys typically bill-out for paralegal time ranging $150 to $225 per hour. My goal is for you to have increased income and decreased overhead with fast turnaround and happy clients - a win for everyone.
