Provide the following: 

   *General description of your needs

   *Your desired turnaround window (use the billing rates as a guide)

   *Name of parties and opposing counsel for purposes of a conflict check

I will reply with results of conflict check, to confirm project and turnaround date.  I will also request from you any necessary info such as MSA, client forms, petition, etc. needed to perform the project.

Turnaround is made electronically, and may be via email, online link, or other means as agreed-upon.  You receive an editable version, and in most instances a PDF version as well.

An invoice itemizing the work description and time spent will be provided contemporaneously with turnaround. Payment is due upon receipt.  I accept payment via Zelle, and any other arrangement as mutually agreed upon.

Other payment arrangements may be made by agreement.  If a project is longer-term, or ongoing, such as production gathering, an invoice will be sent generally once per week for the work performed that week.   

Just as you would with an in-office paralegal, you bill out my paralegal time to your client on your regular client invoicing at your paralegal rate in accordance with your engagement agreement with your client.  You can copy/paste directly from my invoice to your billing software.  Typical client bill-out for paralegal time averages $150 to $195 per hour.

Additionally, I can input my time directly into your software if you are comfortable providing me with access to do so.  I do not charge extra for this as I consider this a professional courtesy to earn and keep your loyal business.
