I would like to impress my clients with faster turnaround on paperwork.
I would like to improve my PR by providing higher efficiency and less client wait-time.
My workload is managing me, rather than the other way around.

Providing space, equipment, and benefits for someone fulltime in-house is extremely expensive.
Staff drama - need I say more?
